Samara Rentals rents and manages homes in Playa Sámara. Our office is next to the post office and it is open every day, from nine to five.

We are a rental and property management company working in and around Playa Sámara, on the Nicoya Peninsula of Guanacaste. The houses on this site are ones we manage: we hold the keys, we meet the guests, and we look after the places between stays.

That matters more than it sounds. When you book with us you are not booking through a platform that has never seen the house — you are booking with the people who cleaned it this morning and who will pick up the phone if the water heater sulks. Booking is direct, so there is no OTA commission on top of the rate.

Kim spent years in local government before this, and it shows in the part of the job nobody sees: the paperwork, the permits, the details that decide whether a rental runs smoothly or turns into a problem. She is the one who makes sure none of this becomes a problem for you.
