Privacy and cookies
The short version: this site sets no cookies and has no way to recognise you. We do count how often pages are opened, as plain totals on our own server, and the only information we ever hold about you is what you type into a form and send us.
What this site collects
No cookies are set, and nothing identifies you. We do keep a count of how often each page is opened and which links are clicked — the date and hour, the page, the country-neutral referring site, the language and whether the screen is a phone or a desktop. No IP address, no device signature, no identifier of any kind is recorded, which means two visits by you and one visit each by two people are indistinguishable to us. It is a tally, not a trail.
The one exception is the contact and booking request form, and it only sends us something when you fill it in and press send.
What you send us, and why
The form asks for your name, email, phone, the dates you have in mind, and your message. It reaches us as an ordinary email.
We use it to answer you and to work out which house fits — nothing else. Your address is not added to any mailing list.
Who sees it
The people at Samara Rentals who handle enquiries. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your stay.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our mailbox, and if it turns into a booking it stays with the records of that booking. There is no automatic deletion schedule, so if you want it gone, ask us and we will delete it.
The map
The map of our office is a plain image stored on this site, not an embedded third-party map.
Your rights, and how to ask
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop writing to you. There is no form to fill in and no charge — just ask.
