This newly renovated condo sits on the top two floors of the Veneto building, a five minute walk from the beach. The very large main bedroom suite and the main living space both open to floor-to-ceiling ocean views across Sámara beach and beyond.

Three additional bedrooms make room for large family gatherings, several families travelling together, or four couples; a pull-out couch in the living room brings the total to ten guests. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, two share a large bathroom right outside their door, and a guest bathroom sits downstairs off the living room.

The condo has been newly furnished with native hard-wood furniture, solid cedar closets, new bedding, a live-edge dining table that seats up to ten, a gourmet kitchen and its own laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. Every bedroom has its own AC unit and thermostat, a desk and a wired connection, plus four flat-panel Smart TVs, two of them 65-inch.
