Casa Alicia

Casa Alicia is a modern, comfortable house in a very quiet hillside residential development about 2.5 km north of Sámara, off the road to Nicoya. It sits away from the noise of the road and surrounded by nature: from the terrace you can watch monkeys, iguanas, coatis and other animals.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep up to five guests: one bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen and one with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the third has a separate one. The living room is comfortable and the indoor areas are air-conditioned. Outside there is a private pool with sun loungers, a large terrace with chairs and umbrellas, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a garden. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a blender and a coffee maker; a washer and dryer, a safe, a workspace and WiFi make longer stays easy, and the parking area fits four cars. Guests have the whole house, except one storeroom the owners keep private.

A car is needed. The beach and the town are about 7 to 10 minutes' drive away, roughly 4 km; on foot it takes about an hour, uphill on the way back. The last stretch runs along the development's own roads, which have little signage, so ask us for arrival directions before you set off. It is a place to rest, enjoy nature and have a quiet holiday.
