A quiet house with pool between Playa Sámara and Buena Vista

Casa Amigos is a friendly, quiet house in a residential area on the west side of Sámara, between Playa Sámara and Playa Buena Vista. It was made for family holidays, with generous shared spaces, high ceilings and natural concrete floors.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms sleep up to six: one with a queen bed and two with double beds, and the house has two bathrooms. Outside there are two terraces, a private pool with a rancho beside it, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and gardens shaded by a beautiful Cenízaro, the rain tree. The kitchen has an oven, a coffee maker and a freezer, and there is a washer and dryer, a workspace, WiFi and a wired connection, and room-darkening shades.

The house is a little outside town. Playa Buena Vista is about 12 minutes on foot; Playa Sámara and the town center are a longer walk, about 20 to 25 minutes (roughly 2 km), or 5 minutes by car. A small market and a local soda are a short walk away, but for the restaurants in town most guests use a car or a taxi.
