Casa Blanca — Twin Villas

Casa Blanca stands in Samara Reefs, a secure and peaceful community a few minutes' drive from Samara town and from Carrillo Beach; a car or golf cart is recommended, as the walk follows a busy road with no sidewalk. Two mirror-image villas share a single building: connected in design, yet completely independent, each with its own pool, kitchen and living spaces.

Together the villas hold seven bedrooms and six bathrooms; each has a spacious living and dining area open to a modern kitchen, and wooden terraces shaped like flower petals for long afternoons outdoors. The Pacific is in view from the bedrooms, the terraces and even the jacuzzi.

Take a single villa, or both for seven bedrooms and up to thirteen guests, with the whole property to yourselves. It works for large families, groups of friends and retreats: restaurants, shops and nightlife in Samara when you want them, tropical gardens and privacy when you don't.
