Casa Pacífica

Casa Pacífica sits on a large private property, steps from two beaches, Playa Sámara and Playa Carrillo, with Sámara Beach 200 yards from the door and both towns within walking distance. Sámara Beach is widely recognized as one of the safest and most beautiful in Costa Rica, gentle enough for swimming and good for surfing as well.

The house has four bedrooms, two of them masters, and a living area that opens to the kitchen and to a large covered terrace above the pool. Lush garden surrounds the water, and monkeys, iguanas, land crabs, red-tailed squirrels, lizards and birds pass through on their own schedule. Wall-to-wall tile, quality linens and towels, large walk-in showers; housekeeping and security are included.

Two kayaks come with the house for paddling the calm water or making the crossing to Isla Chola. Boats pick guests up right at the beach for sport fishing, turtle and dolphin tours, or a run along the coastline, and the top surf breaks are fifteen miles away. A smaller house, Casita Pacífica, shares the property with its own entrance, driveway, terrace and parking; the pool and backyard stay private to the main house, and both can be booked together for six bedrooms.
