Casa Coco Rica

Coco Rica sits in the hills of Playa Carrillo, with the ocean roughly 1.7 miles away in a straight line from the house. It is a four-bedroom villa with six beds and five bathrooms, and each suite has air conditioning, a 58-inch smart TV and its own private bathroom.

The living spaces are open-air, the kitchen is a gourmet one, and the infinity pool looks out over the jungle below, where howler monkeys, toucans and other wildlife move through the canopy. At night the stars take over.

Getting down to the beach takes about eight to ten minutes by car; the drive back up takes ten to fifteen. Beaches, waterfalls and the town of Sámara are all within reach, which makes the villa work equally well for families, groups and couples.
