Casa Sendero de Monos

Casa Sendero de Monos sits away from the noise and still close to everything: 3 km from Samara and the beach, on a quiet property of 1.35 acres. Built in 2020, the house is modern and comfortably furnished, and its name is literal — howler monkeys move through the trees on the grounds, often in view from the terrace.

Two bedrooms open directly off the large living-dining room, each with a king-size bed, air conditioning and fans, and sliding doors to the pool terrace and its outdoor shower. Between the bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are two built-in wardrobes with a safe; one of the bathrooms can also be reached from the hallway. A travel cot and a high chair are available.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and blender; the living room a 55-inch smart TV and internet radio. Wi-Fi reaches every room and the terrace, where four sun loungers and a dining table make the pool the center of the day.

A remote-controlled gate opens onto the property, with parking below and beside the house. The house is part of the forest, so coatis, frogs and toads are regular company, and the occasional power cut is short.
