Condo Serena

Condo Serena is a retreat for those wanting to experience the Pacific Ocean and the local culture. It is a short walk to Playa Sámara and one mile from Samara Center, which is far enough to feel off the beaten path and close enough to all the amenities.

This one-bedroom unit has a living room with a sofa and a dining and kitchen area with a table and four chairs, along with the utensils to cook with. The bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands and a spacious closet, and the bathroom is spacious, with a hot water shower and bath towels. There is a laundry, air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi.

Outside, the ranchero is the place for a morning coffee, with the birds and monkeys keeping the noise level honest, and there is a swimming pool for the rest of the day. Electricity is charged separately, so we ask guests to use the air conditioning and hot water wisely.
