The main house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, equipped with air conditioning and hot water. Directly behind it is a second, private guest house — good for extra family — with sleeping for four, one bathroom with hot water, air conditioning and a functional kitchen area.

The property is completely private and located outside Sámara, a five minute drive from the beach and shopping. A 4×4 vehicle is needed to gain access.
