Casa Aspen is a new, modern home on two storeys, built to US standards and bright and light throughout. The living, dining and kitchen area is one open space that opens onto a covered patio, so inside and outside living run together, with the pool just beyond.

All three bedrooms are cooled by air conditioning, and both king bedrooms have safes. The living room has a Sonos music system, a large smart TV and a DVD player; there is a second smart TV in the master. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and a refrigerator with an ice maker.

The house stands in a safe neighborhood, a few minutes' walk from the town, the beaches and over 50 restaurants. Guests are welcome to use the bicycles — two adult, two for smaller children — along with pool and beach toys and a cooler for beach drinks, and a Pack 'n Play is available for a baby. The pool is not fenced, so children should be supervised at all times.
