An ocean-view house in the hills above Sámara

Casa Colibrí Tropical is a quiet place for the whole family to relax, in the hills on the Santo Domingo road above the east end of Sámara. The house has five bedrooms, four with king beds and one with a queen, and four and a half bathrooms, for up to six guests, with air conditioning in every bedroom and a view of the ocean. Outside there is a private pool with sun loungers, a garden, a patio, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area, space to eat outdoors and an outdoor shower. Inside, the kitchen has an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster, and there is a washer and dryer, WiFi and a TV.

Plan on having a car. Playa Sámara is about 6 to 7 minutes' drive and the town 8 to 10; walking isn't practical, at about 35 minutes downhill to the beach and 50 to town, with a long climb back. The property is gated, with parking on site.
