Jurassic

Jurassic was built in 2023, a two-storey residence finished to the highest American standards, with expansive interiors and a great deal of light. The plan is open: the living room, dining area and kitchen run together and out onto a covered patio, so indoor and outdoor living are barely separate.

The large swimming pool is the heart of the property — good for a leisurely swim or for a long afternoon in the Costa Rican sun, in a backyard that stays entirely private.

The house sits in Canto de los Gavilanes, a quiet residential area on the west side of Sámara, Guanacaste, a flat walk of about 10 minutes to the village and its array of over 50 restaurants and about 12 to the beach: close enough to walk everywhere, quiet enough to come back to. Sámara's beaches and its local food are, on their own, reason enough to stay.
